Accountabilities

A seasoned Project Manager (PMP certified) will work with Commnet Supply Operations Group to drive a cross-functional team in the deployment of wireless infrastructure. This is a key position and will report directly to the SRA Manager/Network Engineer.

Ability to work multiple projects efficiently with high customer satisfaction.
Leading an implementation team to deliver products that reach stated strategic and financial requirements, timeframes, planning, execution, specifications, quality levels and customer expectations.
In the capacity of a team leader, establishing key working relationships within the organization.
Monitoring the project(s) from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules, coordinating internal and external resources, and monitoring budget/spending.
Solving problems associated with scope, schedule & resources.
Identifying resource needs and making real-time tradeoffs as required.
Overseeing the input and buy-in process from appropriate functional areas for effective product deployment.
Being held accountable by management for successful execution of Project(s).

At least 5 years experience in project management.
Experience in deployment of medium to large Greenfield wireless system builds.
Experience in telecom test and measurement industry Project management, particularly integrated hardware and software platforms a plus.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of the needs of a market- and customer-driven technology firm.
Technically competent as well as commercially savvy with firm grasp of trends in the converging telecom services marketplace.
A critical thinker with attention to detail who regularly seeks innovative solutions to complex issues.
Charismatic leader who can utilize resources provided and motivate employees to meet strategic goals.
Successful track record delivering world-class, quality projects on time and within budget.
Must develop efficient and effective timely solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment. ·
Requires 2-3 years field experience hands-on with Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia Siemens, Ericsson and associated equipment.
Computer literate with working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Visio, MS Project.

A minimum of an Associates degree in electronics or telecommunications, advanced degree in business administration, finance, management or relevant social sciences desirable.
Training and proficiency in the use of the MS Project Management program is considered essential to manage the scope, schedule and budget requirements of Commnet Supply’s ongoing installation projects.
